II. Annoyed
Definition: The word annoyed is most often used to describe something or someone that is slightly
irritating or bothersome. Things that are annoying are usually something that is a commonly repeated offense
such as someone constantly poking someone or constantly chewing with their mouth open. Annoyance is
not commonly used when something happens the first time, it is after continuous repeated actions.This is
used for something that is slightly irritating not something that is extremely painful.
Examples: • The dog continued to poop throughout the house until the nanny could not take it so she kicked the dog in the face.
• The boy continued to tap his foot on the table, driving his mother insane.
